Are you a hands-on Production Employee who enjoys working in a technical production environment? Do you value quality, safety, and structured processes, and are you comfortable working in shifts? Then this position might be a great fit for you. For an international production environment, we are recruiting a Production Employee who will be working within the filler and production process. In this role, you will support the daily production of high-quality semi-finished products, following established procedures and quality standards. What’s your job about? As a Production Employee, you will be deployed across different stages of the production process. You will support operators and work with various machines and installations used to process and package products. Your responsibilities include: Performing production activities according to specifications, procedures, and work instructions Operating basic production equipment such as cutting and processing machines Setting and adjusting machine parameters (e.g. cutting width, speed, brake pressure) Detecting and reporting malfunctions or deviations in the process Stopping, restarting, or adjusting machines when required, or reporting issues to the operator or shift leader Carrying out basic first-line maintenance tasks (lubrication, refilling, minor adjustments) Conducting visual and measurement quality checks and registering results in the system Ensuring proper housekeeping, including cleaning machines and work areas Complying with safety, environmental, and workplace regulations You will work in a shift system and report directly to a Foreman or Shift Leader. What skills do you have? We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Employee with a practical mindset and attention to detail. Because the client would like to provide direct contracts, own accomodation in The Netherlands is needed. You bring: VMBO/MBO-level working and thinking ability (or equivalent) Experience as a production employee is an
advantage, but not required Technical insight and affinity with machinery A structured and quality-oriented way of working The ability to work independently as well as in a team Stress resistance and a proactive attitude when issues arise A strong focus on safety and willingness to report unsafe situations Willingness to work in shifts A forklift certificate is a plus, but not mandatory What do you get in return?
