Production Employee Canned Food

- Lottum - 38 uur - € 2.400,- / € 2.800,- per maand Are you looking for a versatile position within a close-knit and growing family business in the food sector? For our client in Lottum, we are looking for a Production Employee to ensure that the production line keeps running smoothly. You will be the right hand of the Production Manager and together with your colleagues ensure a smooth start of the day, well-organised processes and a tidy workplace at the end of the day. What do we offer? - A gross monthly salary between €2.400 and €2.800 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience; - Working conditions in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the fruit and vegetable processing industry; - 25 holidays + 9.5 Adv days; - Annual bonus of 4.5%; - A good work-life balance with the possibility of working time-for-time; - A close and friendly team where you will quickly feel at home; - Training as a forklift driver if required. What will you do? - You ensure the supply of materials at the production line using a forklift truck. Think of raw materials such as pears and cherries, but also jars and lids; - You assist in converting the production line when changing to another format or product; - You ensure that everything is ready in the morning so that production can start promptly at 07:00; - At the end of the working day, you clean up everything and make sure the workplace is clean and ready for the next day; - Your work depends on the season and is therefore varied! What will you bring? - A completed MBO education or experience in the agri/food sector is a plus; - You are flexible: in spring and summer we regularly work in 2 shifts due to peak traffic; - You are fluent in Dutch, English or German - Polish is an advantage.
