Functieomschrijving: As a Production Employee, you support the production lines during your shift. You help prepare materials, keep the line organised and make sure every task is carried out accurately. The work is structured, clean and procedure-driven. In general, your tasks are: - Supporting production lines with standard operational tasks. - Supplying materials and preparing work areas for production. - Helping with line set-ups, changeovers and close-down activities. - Working according to GMP guidelines and fixed procedures. - Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised. - Supporting clear handovers between shifts. - Working across different lines and helping where needed. - Communicating with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly.
