What will you do? As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the production process of different cookie and bakery products. You will work across various departments, supporting both the production and packaging teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and supporting the production line; - Supplying raw materials and packaging materials; - Monitoring and checking product quality; - Placing and removing products on and from the production line; - Packing finished products; - Identifying and reporting malfunctions and deviations; - Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy work environment; - Assisting colleagues where necessary. - No two days are the same. Depending on production planning, you may be assigned to different areas within the manufacturing process, ensuring a varied and dynamic work environment.
