This role requires regular face-to-face customer interaction and intense customer focus, strong commercial instinct, and an ability to prioritize. You'll work closely alongside your peers, the Head of Physical Products & IoT, and the Head of Digital Products & Customer Experience. Together you'll ensure our physical and digital products work seamlessly to deliver on our vision. This isn't a maintenance role. We're scaling aggressively and need someone who can handle the full scope from gathering and translating business requirements, to supporting and owning the commercial success of the product lines. What you'll do - Set product strategy for your product lines. Balance innovation with what customers need & sustaining engineering. - Drive success of Flex & Scout product lines, define and lead development of succession products and drive their commercial success. - Implement & manage the product P&Ls .
