Ede 40 hours HBO+ What will you do? You play a pivotal role in bridging research and practical application. Translating business needs, market demand and research outcomes into impactful nutritional products, tools, concepts and farm management recommendations. This position serves as a bridge between Research, (local) Product Management and Formulation teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative, science-based and locally relevant solutions that create customer value and support business growth, aligned with the needs of our Business Units. Your tasks include: - Further development of our concepts and tools, together with our researchers; - Maintaining, updating and further developing our ration calculation program; - Sparring partner, training and support of our local Product Managers; - Identifying market needs and business opportunities; - Collaborating with researchers, product managers, formulators, marketing managers, sales managers. What do we ask from you? - Experience in Ruminant Nutrition. We are seeking a ruminant specialist with at least 5 years' experience in product management and product development and experience with practical ration calculation and farm advice; - BSc or MSc degree in Animal Sciences, with specialization in animal nutrition; - You recognize yourself in the following personal characteristics: winning mentality, team player, persuasive, analytical, creative, seeing opportunities and entrepreneurial; - You are eager to work in an international environment, willing to travel up to 20%; ...
