As a process operator, you will be responsible for running and supervising a modern production line where margarine, oils, and fats are manufactured and packaged. You will monitor the entire process, adjust machines when needed, and perform quality checks on finished products. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you make sure production runs smoothly, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. This is a 3-shift schedule position, giving you variety in your work as well as extra free time. It’s a dynamic role with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. We are looking for a process operator with the following skills and qualifications: - Technical affinity or work experience as an operator/process operator; - Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry; - Motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented; - Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety; - Availability for a full-time 40-hour work week; - Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule; - Good command of the Dutch or English language (spoken and written).
