Process Operator Day Shift

You earn up to €4,710 including bonuses, have plenty of room for personal initiative, and develop yourself through targeted training. In this role, you combine technology, responsibility, and collaboration in a close-knit team. About the function As a process operator, you are responsible for operating the soil cleaning installation and overseeing the entire separation process. You ensure a safe working environment and perform daily maintenance and minor repairs to keep everything running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you adjust process settings and keep a close eye on stock levels. You also guide less experienced colleagues and ensure everyone works according to the current SHE-Q guidelines. Your day is varied: you check installations, perform inspections, record process data, and easily switch between troubleshooting and team consultations..
