Wegens uitbreiding van de productie in Venray zijn we op zoek naar een Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer (1FTE) at Oliver in Venray, you work where it really happens: on the shop floor, close to the machines and the people who run them. You're not behind a desk all day, you're in the process, improving how things work in real time. We produce medical and pharmaceutical packaging used worldwide. That means quality and safety are critical. Your work directly impacts product reliability and helps ensure patient safety. At the same time, how we work matters just as much: practical, open, and as a team. What you'll be working on Improving processes on the shop floor You help make our production processes smarter, more stable, and easier to work with. • Support the introduction and improvement of machines, tools, and production processes • Help industrialize new or modified products and support validation activities • Use data (e.g. performance, downtime, quality) to identify and drive improvements • Translate customer and product requirements into clear, workable production processes • Work closely with colleagues from Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain
