Process Engineer

Functieomschrijving • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness • Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions • Lead continuous improvement projects • Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability • Create and maintain process documentation • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations Functie-eisen • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Industrial Engineering) • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies • Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring) • Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excel for data analysis • Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements • Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans) • Preferred: knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and experience with APQP, PPAP • Ability to lead change initiatives and influence colleagues Arbeidsvoorwaarden • A challenging role where you can directly impact production processes and product quality • Opportunities to work on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement • Collaboration with a professional team of engineering and production specialists • Room for personal development and growth
