We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: About this vacancy As a Process Developer at TMC NPI, you will help our customers to designs, optimize and implement manufacturing processes to ensure products are made efficiently, cost-effectively and to high-quality standards. We work closely with cross-functional teams in both development and operations to ensure smooth product introductions and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. As we are working for different clients in different sectors you will get the opportunity to work within various environments, from large multinational corporations to agile startups. What we expect from you Education: Bachelor or Master level degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Proven experience in NPI, ideally with exposure to both development and operational settings. Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) Experience in high-tech industries such as semiconductors, medical devices or consumer electronics. Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills. Flexibility to work in diverse company cultures and sizes. Fluency in English is required, but candidates must also be able to understand and speak Dutch (minimal C1), as many of our clients operate in Dutch-speaking environments.
