Description As a prefab production employee, you help build innovative modular homes in a modern factory in Uden. You produce wooden walls, floors, and roofs, using bio-based materials and contributing to sustainable housing. You work in a team focused on delivering quality, where initiative and teamwork are highly valued. On a typical day, you'll read technical drawings on a tablet, operate framing machines, and use hand tools. You perform quality checks on your own work and rotate between different workstations and machines. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from various backgrounds and provide support where needed. The working environment is comfortable and climate-controlled year-round.
