About the job: In this role, you'll play an active part in shaping how we share our stories with the world-through clear, engaging, and consistent content. From drafting posts for Instagram and Substack to helping write articles, project texts, and newsletters, your words will bring our work to life. You'll collaborate closely with the PR/BD team and one of our managing partners, contributing to both internal and external communication. Your tasks will include: • Updating our website, creating social media posts and newsletters, and managing our social media channels. • Compiling press kits for projects and drafting press releases in both Dutch and English. • Assisting in the planning of various events. • Handling press enquiries-both national and international-and tracking outgoing press materials. • Supporting the preparation of tender documentation. • Assisting in the development of our graphic identity by creating templates for drawings, booklets, office, and project documentation. • Updating press lists and databases. Your profile: • You are a student in communications, PR, journalism, (landscape) architecture, or a related field. • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. • You have a strong interest in landscape architecture, communications, and PR. • You are skilled in writing and know how to shape a compelling story. • You're proficient with social media. • You are independent, well-organized, and manage tasks efficiently. • You are comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and have strong graphic design skills. • You live in or near Rotterdam (or are willing to relocate on short notice).
