Postdoctoral fellows All postdocs at the NKI will have the opportunity to work on their own research projects and develop their independence. They receive access to our research facilities, international seminar program, and an environment which can be described as very open, collaborative, and vibrant with room for constructive criticism. The NKI has developed a training program for postdocs to support their professional and personal development and to promote informal interactions between postdocs.
