What Makes You a Great Fit Experience & expertise • 5+ years of experience in go‑to‑market, product marketing, or strategic marketing • Experience ideally gained in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or professional services Proven impact • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings Leadership & collaboration • Strong leadership presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders • Comfortable operating as part of the management team • Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives Skills & mindset • Analytical, structured, and customer‑focused • Passionate about building solutions that deliver real business value • Excellent communication and storytelling skills Languages • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Why ?
