You understand how engineers work, listen carefully to the challenges they face in the software, and translate those needs into clear functional questions, specifications, and improvements. Where You'll Work: You will work from Vlissingen, where the first year will focus strongly on onboarding, learning the environment, and getting familiar with the engineering processes and PLM landscape. After that, the role may move partly or fully towards Schiedam, depending on project needs. The work is connected to innovative naval vessel projects, where accurate engineering data, reliable systems, and practical application support are essential. What You'll Be Working On: You will support engineers in their daily use of PLM systems and help improve the way engineering data, processes, and applications are used across the project. A key part of the role is understanding the real question behind a software issue. You speak with engineers, clarify what is happening, turn their input into a clear problem statement, and work with IT to find the right solution. You will also help prepare training materials, user documentation, and practical guidance so that engineering teams can use the systems more effectively. Profile Interested?
