Plant nursery propagator (JobRequests-159438-C)

We are looking for an enthusiastic nursery assistant to join the propagation team at a dynamic family-run perennial plant business. In this role, you will be involved in caring for young and mature plants on a daily basis, both inside the greenhouse and outdoors. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining plants, ensuring orders are ready for dispatch, and monitoring the quality of our products. In addition, you will carry out crop spraying and assist with the general maintenance of the nursery. We are looking for someone who is a hands-on worker, works meticulously and enjoys seeing plants grow. It is a varied role where no two days are the same and where you will be part of a close-knit team working together to achieve the best results. - Flexible and motivated - Willing to do physical work - Able to work independently - Fluent in Dutch or English
