As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the Operations Control team for PM/SM, working closely with operational and business stakeholders to enhance performance and create value across the organization. Main Responsibilities - Delivering clear and reliable cost overviews - Driving an accurate and complete monthly closing process - Preparing and analyzing forecasts related to Operations, including manufacturing variances, price variances, and inventory results - Supporting the budgeting process, including product costing activities - Leading continuous improvement initiatives in Operations reporting, with a strong focus on digitalization and automation Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - 0-3 years of professional experience - Strong leadership potential and capability - Background in Finance, with experience in financial or commercial controlling - Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to accuracy and detail - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Resilient and able to manage periodic workload peaks and changing priorities Benefits WHY ENVALIOR?
