One day you might be scheduling technicians for service and maintenance work; the next, you might be drawing up a schedule for transport, production, projects, staff or on-site work. Whatever the context, you ensure that everyone knows where they stand. You take into account availability, delivery times, travel times, capacity, urgent jobs, materials, customer agreements and changes to the schedule.
