Planner (Den Haag) - Den Haag - €2,650.00 - €3,500.00 per month - Internal - 40 hour At Charlie works, we are looking for an enthusiastic Planner in Area West. Are you ready to be responsible for efficiently managing the staffing schedules for our clients? Then read on! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient staffing for our clients, making sure every shift is covered with the right people at the right time. As a Planner, you'll be based at our Headquarters in The Hague. Charlie works is a European staffing agency with a passion for connecting motivated workers with great employers. Here is what you will be in charge of: - You are responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of staffing schedules for our clients. - You'll maintain ongoing communication with temporary workers, clients, and your fellow team members. - Beyond scheduling, you'll also help organize housing and transportation for our temporary workers. - You'll work with performance metrics like occupancy rates and fulfillment levels to ensure top-notch service Job Requirements - You have an MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level, with experience as a Planner - preferably within the staffing industry. - You're a strong communicator with excellent command of English , both spoken and written ( knowledge of additional Eastern European language(s) is a plus). - You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data and KPIs. - You take responsibility for your work and have the persuasiveness needed to make planning as effective as possible. - You either hold a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one.
