Do you want to work with wood-fired ovens and use your skills to create delectable pizzas that are as visually appealing as they are delicious? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Lab26, we are seeking a talented Pizzaiolo / Pizzabakker to join our team and become an integral part of our culinary journey. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to use the art of crafting to bake unique and mouthwatering pizzas using our traditional wood-fired oven. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients and techniques to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Responsibilities: - Prepare and hand-stretch dough to create the perfect pizza base. - Create visually stunning and delicious pizza combinations using fresh, high-quality ingredients. - Operate and maintain our wood-fired oven, ensuring optimal cooking temperatures and consistent results. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area. Requirements: - Experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizzabakker, preferably working with wood-fired ovens. - Willing to work in a team and be flexibel to help where it needed - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Valid work permit or EU citizenship.
