Create impact where decisions are made As a People Strategy Consultant at Effectory you will work directly with CHROs, executives and leadership teams to turn employee feedback into strategic business decisions. You help organizations tackle challenges related to leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness and transformation by combining people insights with business context. As a trusted advisor and challenger you build influential relationships across customer organizations, challenge assumptions and help leaders align people strategy with business priorities. Together with Sales, Customer Success and Key Account Management, you drive long-term customer value and organizational impact across Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations in the Benelux.
