Functieomschrijving People Business Partner At Assai Software Services, we're helping some of the world's leading organizations manage complex technical information. With over 100 colleagues across the Netherlands, USA, UAE, Malaysia and India, we're growing fast-and with that also the need to further strengthen the People & Culture function. You'll become part of a close-knit People & Culture team, working alongside the Manager People & Culture and the People Coordinator. Together, you support the business across five countries while partnering closely with managers, Finance and Legal to create an outstanding employee experience. We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner who enjoys combining hands-on HR with strategic business partnering. What you'll do As People Business Partner, you'll be the trusted HR advisor for managers across the business. You'll help drive employee performance, development and engagement while leading People projects that improve the way we work.
