That is possible with our accelerated training program for pedagogical professionals. If you already have a background in healthcare, education, or social work at a university, HBO (higher professional education), bachelor's, or master's level, you may be eligible for a tailor-made learning and work trajectory of approximately 3 to 6 months. This will enable you to obtain the additional certification you need to start working as a pedagogical professional in childcare. In addition to the accelerated training program you follow, you will also start working immediately and therefore receive immediate payment. Depending on your experience in working with children, the pedagogical coach will draw up a personal training program with you. So it's really custom! This includes theory (online) and practical assignments that you discuss and implement in practice with the support of a pedagogical coach.
