Based in the Netherlands, with its main location in Aalsmeer, the company connects growers and buyers from across the globe. Wat ga je doen Your role As an Order Picker, you are a crucial link in the supply chain. You will make sure that all orders are collected accurately and efficiently so they can be shipped on time. Key responsibilities • Collecting orders using a handheld scanner or voice-picking system • Sorting flowers and plants based on customer orders and destinations • Checking product quality and quantities • Driving an electric cart through the auction halls • Preparing shipments for transport Working hours • Monday through Friday • Start around 06:00 AM • Finish typically between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM Wat wij van je vragen • Minimum age of 18 • Minimum height of 1.65 meters • Good command of English or Dutch • Physically fit and motivated • Comfortable working early shifts • Willing to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) Wat wij je bieden • Hourly wage of €16.60 • Weekly salary payments • Travel allowance (€0.23/km or full public transport reimbursement) • 8.33% holiday pay • Pension plan from day one • Opportunity for a permanent position • Small perks such as plants every quarter and birthday flowers Enthousiast?
