You'll create a welcoming and energizing start to their morning by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service during breakfast hours. We are looking for a new team member to join us only on the weekends and one more team member to join us with flexible working hours throughout the week.Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through the breakfast experience - Taking and serving orders for coffee, tea, and breakfast items - Ensuring buffet and service areas are fully stocked, fresh, and well-presented - Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently - Providing menu information and accommodating guest preferences or dietary needs - Handling payments and billing procedures where required - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and service stations - Supporting setup and breakdown of the breakfast service - Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage) - Being attentive and proactive to ensure every guest starts their day positively Functie-eisen: What we need from you: - Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service is an advantage - A morning person with a positive and energetic attitude - Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus - A natural host — friendly, approachable, and service-oriented - Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Eye for detail and commitment to quality - Availability to work early morning
