• Producten De Snag Painter Standort: Warwick Role: De Snag Painter Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday Hourly rate: Up to £18.43 ph DOE What you'll be doing: • Rectifying paint defects, blemishes, and minor damage to vehicles • Carrying out de-snagging, local repairs, and paint finishing (blow-ins) • Masking and preparing vehicles prior to paint application • Checking for missed areas and ensuring a high-quality finish • Supporting work within the spray booth when required • Recording issues and sign-off activities using internal systems • Working collaboratively with manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards What we're looking for: • Experience in vehicle painting, automotive refinishing, or paint shop production • Knowledge of paint preparation, masking, and local repair techniques • Understanding of health & safety within a paint shop environment • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Good attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent quality • Flexible approach to supporting different areas of the paint process If you're looking to build your career in commercial paint, vehicle finishing, or manufacturing quality, we'd love to hear from you.
