Packaging Engineer

Salary: up to €77,000 gross/year | Contract: until (extension possible) | Oss, on-site | Full-time, 40h/week We are hiring (as an agency on behalf of our client) a Packaging Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Oss. In this role, you will bring packaging technology and equipment expertise to production areas-ensuring packaging processes, equipment and changes are implemented safely, efficiently and GMP-compliantly. Offer (placed early for SEO + conversion) What will be your activities within this role? - Provide packaging technology expertise to Manufacturing, incl. transfer and implementation of new packaging processes/technologies. - Produce engineering project documentation (plans, protocols/reports, risk assessments, change control, URS, qualification docs). - Lead and document investigations and root-cause analyses for CAPEX, changes and improvements (incl. CAPA follow-up). - Execute and report equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for products, processes and technologies. - Operate within QMS, SHE/EHS, deviation management and change control requirements. - Drive continuous improvement with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Supply, Facilities and Engineering. - Ensure GMP and SHE compliance to enable safe, compliant operations.
