A day at MAE® Together with a small team, you'll be building a brand we're proud of. We always start the week with a joint weekly meeting to catch up, share weekly plans, and look ahead. Because we work in the office five days a week, we can respond quickly and truly collaborate. In the afternoon, we often pick up lunch together, take a walk outside, and enjoy lunch as a group. On Fridays, we have a tradition of taking a longer walk and getting a delicious sandwich from a nice spot. At least once a month, we do something fun with the whole team, organized by a colleague. This could range from drinks or dinner to sports outings. We strive for quality in everything we do and have ambitious goals that we work on with energy every day. At MAE, you'll be given the space to contribute ideas, grow, and develop yourself. • 40 hours a week • ☀ 25 days of annual leave • €3000 - €4200 - based on relevant experience As a Marketer at MAE, you are jointly responsible for devising and developing our marketing campaigns. You bring structure, improve processes, and know how to translate your marketing knowledge into increased brand awareness for MAE. You have at least 3 years of work experience in marketing, during which you were part of a marketing team, but you are looking for a smaller company where decisions are made more quickly. A place where your ideas are taken seriously and where you can use your experience to build MAE. You enjoy conceptualizing marketing campaigns and are responsible for their overview and planning. You also like to roll up your sleeves and carry out tasks such as setting up email campaigns, writing scripts, and designing static ads. You actively work on the marketing calendar and are jointly responsible for both the content and execution of campaigns, including organizing and coordinating larger advertisement shoots and events. You will be working in a relatively small company with a team of 5, and with you, a team of 6 people. You will be our second marketer, so you will work together on campaigns. However, there will be a clear division based on your skills and learning goals. Furthermore, everyone has their own expertise and works independently, but of course, we work as a team; we therefore brainstorm a lot among ourselves and think along with each other. For this reason, we also always work 5 days a week in the office so that we can switch gears faster. Because we are a small team, your efforts will be directly visible in results. You are not just a number in a large organization, but an important part of the MAE brand. At MAE, we like to think big and have ambitious plans. For example, we expect to have 8 people in the office by the end of the year, and our goal is to more than double our revenue again this year. MAE is growing fast. So far, our marketing focus has been on performance channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and influencer marketing. This is currently going very well, but our ambition extends beyond just conversion. We no longer want to be present only online but want to take the step towards offline marketing. We want to invest in larger campaigns that establish MAE as the number 1 brand in the Netherlands. For this, we are looking for someone with experience and a clear vision. At the same time, you are a strong communicator and easily build rapport with partners. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding existing B2B relationships, actively approaching new business clients and partners, and setting up and executing growth strategies. You identify market opportunities and act on them directly, negotiate collaborations and deals, and are responsible for achieving and exceeding B2B targets. Additionally, you contribute to the positioning of MAE within the business market. You will work in a relatively small team of 5, and with you, a team of 6 people. You will be given a lot of responsibility and freedom to shape your role. At MAE, everyone works from their own expertise, but we frequently brainstorm together and actively contribute ideas.
