As an Order Picker Flowers & Plants, you work in an energetic team, drive an electric transport cart, and ensure that orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time. That leaves you plenty of time for sports, hobbies, studies, or family. What will you do? Your workday starts at 5:45 AM with a cup of coffee in the staff canteen. At 6:00 AM, the day begins with a short team briefing. After that, it's time to get started. As an Order Picker, you will: • Drive an electric transport cart through the auction halls; • Move flowers and plants to the correct locations; • Work with a headset that gives you instructions; • Ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently; • Contribute to a smooth logistics operation; • Work closely with colleagues in a dynamic environment. The end of your shift depends on the daily workload. On average, you finish between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Wat wij van je vragen • You are at least 18 years old; • You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well; • You are at least 1.65 metres tall; • You are available for at least 3 morning shifts per week; Wat wij je bieden • Starting salary of €16.60 per hour; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one-way distance; • Full reimbursement of your public transport subscription when working more than 4 days per week; • Weekly salary payments;8.33% holiday allowance; • Pension scheme from your first working day; • A free plant from Royal FloraHolland every quarter; • Good guidance and training during your onboarding period; • Working in an international and inspiring environment; • Opportunities to grow and develop within logistics.
