You will act as the primary bridge between architects and engineering teams, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while driving engineering excellence, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the EPM platform. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions. - Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, Business Rules, Calculation Manager artifacts, forms, dashboards, and automation frameworks. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation solutions. - Design and support integrations using REST APIs, Data Exchange, Data Management, and EPM Automate. - Drive platform stability, performance optimization, and operational excellence. - Explore and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning efficiency, forecasting accuracy, user experience, and decision support. - Evaluate emerging Oracle EPM and AI capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption. - Ensure compliance with engineering, security, and risk standards. - Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution governance activities. - Mentor engineers and promote development best practices within the squad.
