Operator – Start-up of a New Pharmaceutical Facility Your Responsibilities In this position, you’ll play a key role in bringing new processes to life - not from the sidelines, but right at the heart of operations. • Contribute to the development of SOPs and work instructions. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start-up phase. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards. • Actively contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE, RTMS and MDH). Your Profile You’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in dynamic environments, and steps up when it matters most. • Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment. • Familiar with GMP, production processes, and automation (MES/EBR is a strong plus). • Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on approach. • English or Dutch speaking. • Proactive, results-driven, and a true team player.
