Operate modern machinery, monitor workflows, and develop your skills at an innovative company. Over de functie As a Production Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process on track. You set up production lines, operate machinery, and continuously monitor the quality, safety, and efficiency of the process. Your technical expertise is essential in this position, and you strictly follow hygiene regulations. Your day begins with checking and properly setting up the equipment. During your shift, you oversee operations, identify issues, and resolve minor technical faults independently. You carry out quality and hygiene checks according to company procedures and accurately register all relevant data. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a tidy and safe workplace.  Wat wij bieden • Salary between €16.05 and €19.08 gross per hour, depending on age, knowledge, and experience; • Employment conditions according to the Poultry Processing Industry CAO; • Full-time position; • Room for growth within the company; • Work in a stable organization with a pleasant team atmosphere; • Safe workplace with a strong focus on quality. Wat wij vragen • You have an MBO diploma, preferably in a technical or production-related field; • You have an affinity for technology and automated production processes; • Experience in the food industry (especially meat or poultry) is a plus; • Willingness to work in 2-3 shifts; • Attention to quality, safety, and hygiene; • You are stress-resistant, committed, and a real team player; • Available for 40 hours per week.
