Operator Production

## About the role As a Machine Operator, you play a key part in running production equipment safely and efficiently while keeping a close eye on the quality of the final output. You help maintain a smooth production flow and contribute to reducing faults and downtime. In this position, based in Apeldoorn, you will move daily between setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines. You will work closely with colleagues in production and technical teams to keep output, quality, and continuity at a high level. ## What we offer - From € 4,000 per month, depending on experience and knowledge - Full-time employment with clear working hours or shift schedules - Competitive secondary benefits - Professional development support and room to grow - A hands-on working environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork ## Responsibilities - Operate, set up, and change over machines according to work instructions - Monitor the production process and make timely adjustments when deviations occur - Identify and resolve minor malfunctions to minimize downtime - Carry out quality checks and record production data - Keep the workplace safe, clean, and organized - Coordinate with colleagues from production, planning, and technical services ## Requirements - Proven experience as a machine operator, production worker, or in a similar role - Technical understanding and the ability to set up and operate machines - Experience with quality control and working according to procedures - Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written - Willingness to work shifts or according to a roster, if applicable - MBO working and thinking level ## Nice to have - Experience in manufacturing, food, logistics, or packaging environments - Knowledge of first-line maintenance or fault analysis - Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement - Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one - Experience with production administration or machine operation systems
