As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the advanced production and packaging lines run smoothly without any disruptions. You will lead a team of production employees and ensure that hygiene and occupational safety regulations are always adhered to. Collaboration with team leaders, QC employees, and the technical service department is essential. Together with your team, you will be responsible for executing the packaging schedule. You will follow the work preparation closely and keep a sharp eye on the process. You will set up the machines, adjust the lines, monitor the packaging process, and guarantee the quality of the final product. Furthermore, you ensure that every package is perfect. Additionally, you will collect and record important data for process monitoring and contribute to the maintenance of the machinery. You will ensure a constant supply of packaging film and labels and remain alert to any malfunctions. Thanks to your quick responses, production downtime will be avoided.
