Bedrijfsomschrijving You will be working for our client, a production company within the construction industry focused on manufacturing prefab building elements. At the production location in Koudekerk aan den Rijn, you will work together with colleagues in a technical and hands-on environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are central. Functieomschrijving Are you looking for a job as a Production Operator in Koudekerk aan den Rijn? In this role, you will work in an industrial production environment where you operate machinery and monitor the production process. You will work fulltime in a day shift and earn a salary till  €3,800 gross per month, with the possibility of working in a 3-shift system in the future. You start your workday together with your colleagues on the production floor. Together you discuss the planning and check the machines. After that, you ensure the production process runs smoothly and that product quality remains at the required level. • Operating and setting up production machines. • Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations. • Performing quality checks during the production process. • Solving minor malfunctions and coordinating with the technical department when needed. Functie-eisen You enjoy working in a practical production environment where teamwork and reliability are important. • You like working safely and following clear procedures • You can work independently and support colleagues when needed • You communicate easily and take initiative in your work • You feel comfortable working in day shifts with the possibility of 3-shift work in the future • You enjoy learning new skills, such as obtaining a lifting certificate or forklift certificate Arbeidsvoorwaarden • Salary up to €3.800,00 per month • From December: shift work with earnings up to €4.560,00 per month including extra allowances • Fulltime job (40 hours per week) • Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00 - shifts • Travel allowance of €0,23 per km • 3,5% year-end bonus • 37 vacation days (including ADV) and 8% holiday pay • Chance for a permanent contract • Opportunity to get your crane certificate and/or forklift certificate
