About the job As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of plant-based meat alternatives. You will operate modern machines, monitor the production process, and ensure that everything runs safely and efficiently. Your tasks include weighing, packaging, stacking and setting up and adjusting production machines. You will work together with your colleagues to resolve minor malfunctions. You will follow clear instructions and maintain a clean workplace. Together with the team, you will ensure high quality standards and provide support where needed. You will identify possible improvements and follow training programs to maintain quality standards. You will work in the following 3-shift schedule: Day shift : 05:45 AM to 02:15 PM Evening shift : 01:45 PM to 10:15 PM Night shift : 09:45 PM to 06:15 AM If you do not have your own accommodation, we can provide you with temporary housing until you have found your own place to live.
