Operator Food 2-shifts

As a production worker, you will operate production machines and help ensure product quality in a modern facility. The role is performed in a 2-shift system, and you must live in or near Raamsdonksveer. Dit ga je doen As a production worker, you’ll be part of a lively team of over 30 colleagues in a modern production facility. Working in a 2-shift system, you’ll help oversee the entire production process — from raw materials to finished products. We produce a wide variety of peanut butter for a diverse customer base, so no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: • Operating and setting up production machines • Troubleshooting minor technical issues • Performing routine maintenance on equipment • Checking finished products for quality and consistency We do not provide accommodations. You need to live in the surroundings of Raamsdonkveer. You will work in 2 shifts from 6:00 to 14:15 and from 14:00 to 22:15. Dit krijg je Here’s what we offer when you work as a production worker: • A gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,400, depending on age and experience • A 2-shift allowance of 8% • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km • A thirteenth-month bonus and reimbursement of travel expenses • 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of paid leave • A well-maintained, clean, and modern working environment • Access to the company gym with a personal trainer Dit ben je Requirements for working as a production worker: • You’ve already worked in a production environment • You know how to solve little technical issues on the production line • Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products) • Basic understanding of English or Dutch • Willingness to help your co-workers on the production line Hier ga je werken You will be working in a production environment related to the food industry!
