WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? As an Operator at this company, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and well-organized working environment. Tasks may include: - Changing over and starting up machines according to production specifications. - Monitoring production quality and ensuring standards are met. - Monitoring efficiency and supporting process optimization activities. - Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions independently. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Recording completed work and updating production documentation. YOUR PROFILE - Experience in a similar job - Driving license - A well-developed quality awareness. - Good English language knowledge - Flexibility to work at different shifts - Attention to detail and accuracy WE OFFER - Hourly rate of €20,15, including a 18.5% shift allowance for working in a three-shift system (€17,00 + 18,5%) - Training period: 1 - 2 months (depending on the learning pace) - Working schedule: 3 shifts - 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00 - 22:00 - 06: hours per week - 5 days per week - Dutch employment contract - Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week - Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
