Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Assisting production departments with general labor and operational tasks. • Supporting material handling, cleaning, and light assembly work. • Maintaining a safe and organized work area. • Following all safety, quality, and operational guidelines. • Cutting grass and maintaining company grounds. • Assisting with painting and light maintenance projects. • Supporting general building upkeep as needed. Assignments will vary based on operational needs and individual abilities. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors when applicable. • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. • Interest in manufacturing, skilled trades, facilities, or maintenance work. • Ability to take direction and work independently when needed. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
