Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you'll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills. What You Will Do: - Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications. - Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards. - Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly. - Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency. - Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
