Together with your team, you ensure the production lines run optimally and our high quality standards are consistently met. Your main responsibilities include: - Daily operations: You monitor the progress of the production schedule, set up machinery, and functionally guide the employees on the line. - Process & supply: You keep a close eye on the supply of raw materials, identify malfunctions or deviations in the process, and anticipate them immediately. - Quality & safety: You strictly supervise compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP, Health & Safety, Environment, and food safety). - Administration: You ensure accurate registration and processing of production and quality data. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile: - You have experience in a production environment (experience in the food/beverage industry is a major plus). - You have technical aptitude and can quickly and smoothly navigate digital systems. - You speak and write English and Dutch well.
