As an Operator, you work at the heart of the production process and ensure everything runs smoothly. You are technically engaged, work with your hands, and maintain oversight of the line. No two days are the same. - You set up and operate production lines; - You convert machines for new products; - You monitor and control the production process; - You resolve minor malfunctions yourself; - You perform light maintenance on machines; - You work safely and keep your workplace tidy; - You work full-time in a 3-shift system.
