Job description For this company in the Helmond region, we are looking for an operator to work in a 3-shift system . You will ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for setting the ovens, carrying out quality checks, and using a forklift to supply raw materials. Already have a forklift license? Great! If not, you can obtain one through a one-day training course. During your shift you'll work independently, but of course you'll first receive thorough training. You'll start by working alongside colleagues, and only once you feel ready will you run shifts on your own. Requirements • You speak Dutch or English well; • Experience as an operator or forklift driver is not required - motivation and a sense of responsibility are what matter most; • You are open to working in 3 shifts (07:00 - 14:30, 14:30 - 23:00, 23:00 - 07:00); • Forklift experience is a plus, but can also be learned on the job.
