About the function As an operator, you are the one who keeps the production process running smoothly. You start your shift by setting up the machines and making sure everything is ready for production. During your work, you keep a close eye on the process, make adjustments when needed, and work together with your colleagues on the line. You weigh, pack, and label products according to clear guidelines and make sure packaging materials are replenished on time. Quality comes first: you carry out checks on oxygen, allergens, metal detection, and product weights. You solve minor technical issues yourself, and for bigger problems you call in the technical team. At the end of your shift, you and your team thoroughly clean the line so everything is ready for the next run. The work can sometimes be physically demanding and requires you to act quickly in the event of unexpected breakdowns, but you're never alone and can always rely on your colleagues.
