Ter vervanging van een medewerker zijn wij opzoek naar een Operations Support Manager voor onze locatie in Venray. Als Operations Support Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een aantal grote support afdelingen, zoals Customer Service en Inventory Control. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen van een cultuur waarin onze mensen zich thuis voelen en gedreven zijn om samen te werken aan een optimale dienstverlening voor de klant. Je werkt doelgericht en vindt de balans tussen de belangen van de medewerkers, het bedrijf en de klant. In jouw rol als Operations Support Manager ben je onderdeel van het Site Management team en rapporteer je aan de Contract Manager. Je werkt hierbij in dagdienst (indien nodig flexibel).
