As Operations Manager, you are responsible for technical personnel, processes, and products used and deployed by projects in sectors including superyacht construction, commercial vessels, hotels, luxury homes, and apartments. You will be jointly responsible for achieving optimal results in the execution of a variety of projects, varying in size, time, and complexity. You report directly to the Business Unit Manager for this role. With your knowledge and experience, you are a key player in the eXperience business unit team. What is expected of you? The Experience business unit, based in Zaandam, operates under the brand name Marpower eXperience. Marpower eXperience supplies high-quality systems to the shipbuilding industry, including yacht building, commercial vessels, hotels, luxury homes, and apartments. We specialize in audio & video systems, control systems, internal and external communication systems, camera and security systems, and lighting systems. = 1024" > Experience Do you recognize yourself in this profile? - Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering; - At least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in a senior (project) management position; - Working systematically and result-oriented; - Resilient and people-oriented; - Good communication and organizational skills; - A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. = 1024" > What we offer At Eekels Technology we offer a wide range of attractive employment conditions.
