As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across all departments. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance through a hands-on approach. In this role, you will balance operational responsibilities with leadership development, acting as deputy in the absence of the General Manager, and taking ownership in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment. Responsibilities Brand, Guest Experience & Operations - Ensure the guest experience is consistently delivered across all departments in line with brand and company standards - Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery Finance & Commercial - Use company reporting tools and data to support operational and commercial decision-makingDrive productivity and cost control, including payroll management and adherence to financial targets People Management & Leadership - Lead and support Heads of Department in driving engagement, performance, and development - Act as a role model for leadership behaviours aligned with PPHE values and company culture Asset Protection & Compliance - Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors in line with regulations - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards Essential Requirements - Proven experience in a hotel management role (Food & Beverage Manager or Front Office), ready to step into ...
