The job As a systems engineer, your focus will be on resolving first- and second-level incidents and service requests. You respond appropriately to alerts from our monitoring systems, thereby proactively preventing disruptions. You primarily work independently and plan the tasks outlined in management and production plans. You share your knowledge with colleagues and assist them in performing their tasks. In addition, you record and document your activities.
