Operations Director - Remote - - Amsterdam , Netherlands - Grip The Mission Grip enables global brands to operate high-volume, multi-market content production through automation, standardized workflows, and Digital Twin technology. As enterprise complexity increases across clients, regions, and production streams, operational control becomes a structural advantage. As an Operations Director supporting one of our key client accounts, you will work in close partnership with our Client Lead to ensure operations run smoothly, delivery stays on track, and teams have the structure and processes they need to perform effectively. You will help translate client priorities into efficient execution, improve operational processes, oversee planning and resource coordination, resolve delivery challenges, and implement scalable ways of working that enable consistent, high-quality results. This is not an execution-heavy coordination role. It is a performance architecture and accountability role. Job requirements What You Will Do Own Operational Health Across Production Streams - Maintain full visibility over utilization, profitability, delivery timelines, and process adherence across multiple teams and regions - Identify early risk signals in capacity, margin, or client satisfaction before they escalate - Act as first-line escalation for operational breakdowns impacting revenue or delivery confidence - Intervene decisively to stabilize execution and restore performance Drive Planning, Forecasting & Capacity Control - Build and continuously refine forecasting models to anticipate resource constraints and delivery bottlenecks - Align production, finance, and sales around realistic planning assumptions - Translate pipeline signals into capacity strategies - Establish predictable operational rhythms that reduce reactive firefighting Own KPI Systems & Performance Accountability - Define, track, and evolve operational KPIs including utili...
